About Liz

Elizabeth grew up on a farm and moved to Edinburgh to study at Edinburgh College of Art, she holds a Master of Fine Arts. She has always been passionate about food, particularly from a creative perspective and has a keen interest in growing her own produce along with keeping bees.

Liz started her own independent catering business in 2017 and has experience catering for events large and small, ranging from family-style BBQs to corporate events.

She believes in using seasonal, local and where possible organic produce with an emphasis on zero food waste. She is happy to cater for specific dietary needs, being both gluten and dairy free herself.

She enjoys creating individual menus and loves adding personal touches such as homegrown flowers for the table. Whether you’re planning a formal event or looking for a more relaxed ‘family style’ meal, she can offer a unique, tailor-made dining experience for your special occasion.

He has a taste for a wide range of different titbits, specialising in spicy hot flavors, pizza and honey!

He is always not far away from a tennis ball and thinks they are alive. He is a well-known member of his community, enjoys visiting the neighbours and loves appearing in zoom meetings.

He is often seen chasing the honey bees in the garden, which he loves to eat

I can't recommend Liz Pardoe enough. My 3 courses, 60th birthday meal was not only an amazing feast the the palette but also for your eyes. The adage that you start tasting food with your eyes was certainly true of our meal, which was bright, fresh and tantalising to look at and an experience for the tastebuds to eat. The meal was excellent value. Liz is also very friendly and great company, this made it much less formal and more like the family party we wanted. Right from first contact, Liz thought of everything, no detail was too big ot small. I felt that everybody in my party was treated like a VIP because our menu was specifically tailored to our diets, dislikes/likes and suggestions from both sides were considered throughout. Thank you for a brilliant experience that will not be forgotten and I doubt it could be bested either, except by yourself. I hope we have the opportunity to meet and for you to cook for us again. As a family, each and every one of us would and will recommend you.

Our family of 6 enjoyed a truly delicious 3 course meal, with very tasty canapés, prepared in the small kitchen at the Granary, Balgone Estate, east Lothian at the weekend. Chef Liz, ably assisted by Caroline, ensured the birthday event was a gastronomic treat, stress free and fun, from beginning to end. Most impressive, 5 star catering service, highly recommended.
